Ellerslie Landing
|
Brentwood purchased a 3.24 acre site located in Edmonton’s “Ellerslie Retail Corridor” adjacent to the City’s rapidly developing and affluent communities of Summerside and Ellerslie. In 2008 Ellerslie Landing was developed, a modern 25,000 square foot strip centre, adjacent to a new Rexall drug store. Lead tenants include a standalone Alberta Treasury Branch, KFC/Taco Bell, Original Joe’s, Second Cup, Quiznos, and a strong mix of service/professional tenants. A strategic disposition of the asset was made in 2010.

Terwillegar Gardens
|
In 2002 Brentwood developed this stylish 34,000 square foot Shopping Centre on 3.5 acres in the affluent Terwillegar neighbourhood in Southwest Edmonton. The project included the areas first Starbucks, in addition to a Bank of Montreal, the high-end Ric’s Grill Steakhouse and the Dolce Spa and Salon. To further grow its expanding development portfolio Brentwood sold the desirable property in November 2007, at which time completed the development by constructing a 4,600 square foot pad building occupied by Edo Japan and KFC.

Victoria Common
|
Victoria Common consists of two sites (with a combined area of approximately 3.3 acres), developed in 2004-2005. The projects complement the modern retail hub of "East Victoria", Regina. Excellent exposure and access from the Trans-Canada Highway enhances the strategic location of Victoria Common. The development consists of CRU, restaurant/service pad sites and a stand-alone retail box. Disposition of Victoria Common occured in 2005-2006.

Station Crossing
|
Station Crossing is ideally situated in the quaint City of Fort Saskatchewan located just 20 minutes north of Edmonton and is definitely a highlight of this community. The project includes a Shoppers Drug Mart, Booster Juice, and Alberta Treasury Branch.
Disposition of Station Crossing occurred in February 2005.

Olde Towne Centre is located in North Edmonton this Shopping Centre was revitalized throughout our extensive leasing and renovation program in 1999. Disposition of Olde Towne Centre occurred in December 2000.
